Elle est le principal constituant du corps (plus de 60% du poids total). <\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Or, chaque jour, une quantit\u00e9 importante s&#8217;en \u00e9chappe (transpiration, urine, respiration&#8230;). <\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Ces pertes (2,5l\/j) doivent obligatoirement \u00eatre compens\u00e9es pour que l&#8217;organisme puisse fonctionner normalement. <\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\">L&#8217;alimentation va en procurer environ 1 litre mais c&#8217;est surtout l&#8217;eau que nous buvons qui va fournir le reste. C&#8217;est la raison pour laquelle il est recommand\u00e9 de boire chaque jour 1,5 litre d&#8217;eau afin d&#8217;\u00e9viter toute d\u00e9shydratation.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">L&#8217;eau est la seule boisson indispensable car elle \u00e9tanche mieux la soif sans apport de calories. Eau min\u00e9rale, aromatis\u00e9e ou gazeuse, eau en pulv\u00e9risation, un gla\u00e7on pour hydrater l&#8217;int\u00e9rieur de la bouche, tout compte !<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff; text-decoration: underline;\">Les situations \u00e0 risques<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Les personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es sont plus \u00e0 risque car au-del\u00e0 de 50 ans, la sensation de soif est diminu\u00e9e et retard\u00e9e. Par ailleurs, leur r\u00e9serve hydrique est moins importante. <\/span><\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Lorsqu&#8217;il fait chaud les pertes sont plus importantes donc il faut boire d&#8217;avantage.
