Chacune d\u2019entre elles\u00a0se fera en petit groupe de\u00a0dix. Les participants recevront\u00a0un livret qui permettra\u00a0de suivre leur progression\u00a0et de r\u00e9aliser deux\u00a0s\u00e9ances en autonomie par\u00a0semaine.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Cette premi\u00e8re \u00e9dition,\u00a0qui d\u00e9butera mi-janvier,\u00a0se terminera fin juin. Elle\u00a0est partie d\u2019un constat,\u00a0celui d\u2019un manque d\u2019offre\u00a0sportive adapt\u00e9e pour les\u00a0cinquantenaires et plus.
